SBA 504 Loan Packaging

This government sponsored program provides funding for the acquisition of real property and fixed assets through partnerships with bank and non-bank institutions to provide long-term, fixed-rate loans. This is a great program for companies needing to fund the purchase of land, new construction, expansion, relocation, and certain equipment. The project is broken out into 3 components: bank portion (typically at 50%), SBA debenture portion (typically at 40%) and borrowers injection (typically at 10%).
